The Cave des Vignerons de Buxy is located in Buxy, in the heart of the Burgundy vineyards, on the Côte Chalonnaise and northern Maconnais. The Cave des Vignerons de Buxy was founded thanks to the efforts of 98 pioneering wine-growers from Buxy and the surrounding area who decided to work together to find a collective solution to their problems relating to making, storing and selling their wines. Thanks to the fruit of their labours, the passion for their profession and their deep attachment to the soil, these winegrowers have managed to bring out all the character of their land. The growing and harvesting of the grapes is rigorously monitored and controlled. Winegrowers rely on their perfect knowledge of what is going on in the field to develop authentic wines so as to make the Cave the Vignerons de Buxy the ambassador for the wines of Southern Burgundy. Discover a wide range of appellations ranging from Bourgogne to Mâcon Saint-Gengoux, up to the marvellous Montagny's premiers crus such as Chaniots, Givry and Clos Marceaux. A spacious wine-tasting cellar and a wonderful barrel cellar make this an exceptionally remarkable site worth visiting.
La Cave des Vignerons de Buxy se situe au coeur de la Bourgogne viticole, en Côte Chalonnaise et sur le nord Mâconnais.
